Yanbu Industrial College, which is operated by the Royal Commission, was established in 1989. Its prime function is to provide a high quality technical education for young Saudis so that they can make a positive contribution to the Kingdom’s industrial and commercial development. In addition, the College runs special programs that serve the needs of the local community.

The College is located in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, about 350 km north of Jeddah. It is noted for its beautiful buildings and vast green surroundings. The college commitment is to provide Saudi nationals with the technical, scientific and academic skills required by the industrial and other economic sectors it serves. To meet this responsibility the College is equipped with modern instructional media such as computers, audio visual aids, well-equipped specialized laboratories and advanced technical workshops.
